Raheem Sterling has declared that he will leave Manchester City this summer in preparation for his rumoured transfer to Chelsea.
Following a £50 million transfer price agreement between the Blues and the Citizens last weekend, the 27-year-old is reportedly ready to join Thomas Tuchel's team for their preseason tour of the United States.
After spending seven trophy-filled years at the Etihad Stadium, Sterling has recently resorted to social media to say a tearful farewell to Man City fans.

"I have the utmost respect for the coaching staff, who have contributed greatly to my personal growth over the years, as well as my teammates, who have evolved into more than just people I play on the field with. I also have the utmost respect for the office and backroom staff, as well as the fans who have tirelessly supported Manchester City.
"What an adventure. The downs have, at times, tried my fortitude and strength, allowing me to stand here in front of you as the greatest possible version of myself, therefore I am grateful for both the ups and the downs.
"I was 20 when I landed in Manchester. I'm leaving today a guy. I appreciate your unending assistance. It has been an honour to wear the Manchester City jersey."
Sterling, who is expected to be Chelsea's first summer acquisition, departs from the club after 337 appearances in all competitions and 131 goals and 94 assists since his £49 million transfer from Liverpool in the summer of 2015.
At the Etihad Stadium, the forward amassed a total of 12 trophies, including four Premier League championships, one FA Cup, and five EFL Cups.
Nathan Ake, Sterling's teammate who previously spent five years with the Blues between 2012 and 2017, is said to have also reached an agreement with the Citizens for a £45 million transfer price.
